Weber Saint-Gobain is a construction materials manufacturer with over 127 years of history and more than $100M in revenue.

At that scale, inbound had always been enough: content, trade shows, word-of-mouth. People came to them.

But inbound is unpredictable by nature. One month the pipeline comes, the next it doesn't. There's no lever to pull, no way to forecast, and no way to accelerate when the business needs it.

When Jordi Rius stepped into the General Director role, he saw the problem clearly. Their reps weren't hunting — they were answering inbound questions. The team had capacity to sell more, but no system to put opportunities in front of them.
